- The Greenville County Auditor Office has partnered with the South Carolina Department of Revenue (SCDOR) to allow all filers of BPP returns in Greenville County to file directly with the SCDOR. Effective for all BPP returns filed in 2012 and subsequent years, taxpayers must file a PT-100 Return directly with SCDOR (there is no longer a County BPP Return form).
